Okay, okay. I get it. It's been a long time. And Christmas is WAYYYY over. And I never finished the progressive dinner posts... YET!!! Well, now I'm back. With a vengeance! And I might just surprise you, and post TWICE A MONTH! But let's not get crazy!!!

Let's go to house #3 for the progressive dinner at Kevin and Kristin's. Here are the boys watching some dumb basketball game. Or football or something.

Oh, the food. Oh, the fun! Oh, oh, oh!!!! Let's just say, it was YUMMY!!!

So, we started with the Appetizers at Larry and Vanita's. mmm mmmm!!! Have I mentioned that appetizers are my weakness??? Now you know EVERYTHING about me!

Fall Back!

So, just a reminder that Saturday is Time Change Time. Or whatever the official term is. Can't remember which way to turn the clock? Just remember Fall Back, Spring Forward.

In my mind, there's good and bad to Fall Time Change Time (seriously, what's the name of it???).

Bad:
1. It's dark when I leave work.
2. It's dark when I leave home FOR work.
3. It feels creepy at night for the first week or two.
4. It's automatically colder (maybe not... maybe it just feels like it)

Good:
1. We get an extra hour of sleep on Saturday night.
2. ummmmm... that's all I can think of! (just kidding. kind of.)
2. (the REAL 2) I might actually make it to church on time this Sunday morning!
3. We're that much closer to Christmas

The Redneck Bonfire

So, did you make it to the bonfire last Saturday? If not, you're about to see just a little of what you missed. If you DID make it, we're glad you came!!!

We were honored to have special guests at the bonfire... Dog the Bounty Hunter and his lovely wife, Beth.

Dog seemed to just want to pose for fans...

... while Beth brought along her handcuffs and gun. Maybe looking for some suspicious rednecks?

Well, SHE looks suspicious!!! Maybe she's jumped bail! You think?

Or maybe THEY'RE on the run from the law... they definitely look like suspicious rednecks!

Or maybe she stole her Hit n Run Pepsi!!!

And THEY looked suspiciously non-redneck!!!

Eventually, Beth (and even Dog) decided there were no people there to arrest, so they just relaxed and enjoyed the bonfire. As did we all.
